2. VOLUNTARY AT‐WILL EMPLOYMENT
Unless an employee has a written employment agreement with The Dashing Dog Parlour, LLC or Dogzilla Pet Studios, LLC that specifies otherwise, all employment is considered "at-will." This means that employees may be terminated by The Dashing Dog Parlour, LLC or Dogzilla Pet Studios, LLC at any time, with or without cause. Similarly, employees are free to leave their employment with the company at any time, with or without cause.
Any statements made by any officer or employee of The Dashing Dog Parlour, LLC or Dogzilla Pet Studios, LLC that contradict this policy will not be binding unless they are in writing and signed by the Executive Director.
3. Equal Employment Opportunity Policy
The Dashing Dog Parlour, LLC & Dogzilla Pet Studios, LLC are committed to following all federal, state, and local employment laws, and ensuring equal employment opportunity for all employees and applicants. This means that the company will not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, political affiliation, personal appearance, family responsibilities, matriculation, or any other protected characteristic under the law. All employment decisions are based on personal skill and merit.
This policy applies to all aspects of employment, including recruitment, hiring, promotions, job assignments, benefits, working conditions, scheduling, wage and salary administration, disciplinary actions, and termination. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the full implementation of this policy.

If an employee believes they’ve witnessed or experienced discrimination, they should report it to the Executive Director. The company will investigate any reported violations and take appropriate disciplinary actions, including counseling, warnings, suspensions, or termination. Employees who report issues in good faith will not face retaliation. Once an investigation is complete, the company will inform the employee who made the complaint of the results.

4. Policy Against Workplace Harassment
The Dashing Dog Parlour, LLC & Dogzilla Pet Studios, LLC are committed to providing a workplace free of harassment, including sexual and discriminatory harassment. All employees are expected to treat each other with respect and professionalism.
This policy applies to all work-related environments, both inside and outside the workplace, including business trips and company events. The policy also extends to individuals the company has control over, such as directors, officers, contractors, vendors, and volunteers.
Prohibition of Sexual Harassment
The company prohibits sexual harassment, which includes unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other inappropriate conduct of a sexual nature. Harassment is prohibited when:
Submission to such conduct is required for employment.
Employment decisions are based on submission to or rejection of such conduct.
